Frequently asked questions

What to expect before inspection day.

Have a question that isn’t covered here? Call or text Mike at (603) 661-7223 for a clear answer about your property.

How long does a home inspection take?

A home inspection usually takes around 2 hours, depending on the home’s size, age, condition, and any added services. Mike will provide an expected timeframe when your appointment is scheduled.

Should buyers attend the inspection?

Yes. Buyers are welcome to attend, ask questions, and see important findings firsthand. Mike can also recommend the best time to arrive based on the property and inspection plan.

When will I receive the inspection report?

Photo-rich inspection reports are typically delivered within 24 hours. Mike will let you know if the property or additional testing requires a different timeline.

When and how do I pay?

Payment timing and accepted methods are confirmed when the appointment is scheduled. Contact Mike before the inspection if you need to coordinate payment arrangements.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Call or text Mike as soon as your plans change. Any applicable cancellation timing or fees will be explained when the appointment is confirmed.

Are there limits to what an inspection covers?

A home inspection is a visual evaluation of readily accessible areas and is not invasive or a guarantee. Access, weather, utilities, safety conditions, and system type can limit the inspection; specialist evaluation may be recommended when appropriate.
