A home inspection usually takes around 2 hours, depending on the home’s size, age, condition, and any added services. Mike will provide an expected timeframe when your appointment is scheduled.
Yes. Buyers are welcome to attend, ask questions, and see important findings firsthand. Mike can also recommend the best time to arrive based on the property and inspection plan.
Photo-rich inspection reports are typically delivered within 24 hours. Mike will let you know if the property or additional testing requires a different timeline.
Payment timing and accepted methods are confirmed when the appointment is scheduled. Contact Mike before the inspection if you need to coordinate payment arrangements.
Call or text Mike as soon as your plans change. Any applicable cancellation timing or fees will be explained when the appointment is confirmed.
